Services
PrimePathCargo provides freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing, and related logistics services. All services are subject to these terms and any service-specific agreements signed between parties.
Quotations
All quotations are subject to availability of space, applicable surcharges, and exchange rate fluctuations. A quote is valid for the period stated therein. PrimePathCargo reserves the right to revise rates if cargo dimensions, weight, or nature differ from the information provided.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable Indian law and international conventions (CMR, Warsaw, Hague-Visby, etc.) as applicable to the mode of transport. We recommend all customers obtain adequate cargo insurance.
Customer Obligations
The customer is responsible for providing accurate cargo information, ensuring proper packaging, and complying with all import/export regulations applicable to their goods. PrimePathCargo is not liable for delays or losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete information.
Payment
Payment terms are as agreed in writing at the time of engagement. Late payments may attract interest. PrimePathCargo reserves a lien over goods for unpaid freight charges.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
